Feedback & Ratings Policy
As we advance the goals of Unique Jamaica, we would love to hear from you regarding any of our projects or your experiences in Jamaica.
Once you become a Unique Jamaica customer and have successful completed a booking you will be sent an automatic, personalized email 2-3 weeks after completing your last booking. Our feedback email will invite you to rate all of the members you booked with, as well as make additional comments.
Customer Ratings for each member are continuously, automatically averaged and dynamically displayed on each member profile page.
As a Unique Jamaica customer you should use caution and good judgment when leaving feedback for public view. We encourage your open and honest comments, however, be reminded that what you write will be a permanent part of that member's profile on Unique Jamaica.
